A must for any business involved in sales (what business isn't?), any owner interested in building a true sales team and any salesperson wanting to strengthen their sales foundation in a rapidly changing environment. Smith has done the research and offers a wealth of information delivered with a mixture of seriousness and humor that keeps the reader engaged and stimulated. "Sell Something" is sure to occupy a primary space on my bookshelf!

What an AMAZING book!!!! I recommend this for anyone in the retail or customer service industries. I have read plenty of sales books in my career but, this one hits it out of the park. I just purchased it for my entire staff, sales team and office staff, I would encourage you to do the same!
