Good review book

This book is a good review book for neurology residents or those about to enter a neurophysiology fellowship. It is certainly not a reference book (like Neidermeyer's or Pedley's), but provides a well-written introduction to EEG and several characterisitic patterns. The version I own has CD-ROM, which is also helpful.
