Could be my favorite cook book.

Beautiful book with spectacular photographs. I saw this on one of the morning news networks last week. The food they prepared looked amazing. I am anxious to try a few of those same recipes myself but have spent more time reading the book than cooking anything. The recipes look like something an amateur like me can make without any issues - no special ingredients or devices needed. This will make a great Christmas present for several people on my list. But I am keeping this one!

What a beautiful book! The photography is superb! The recipes are not only divine but they are simply delicious. My husband purchased this cookbook for my birthday and I have nothing but praise. Either for yourself or as a gift, 'The Vatican Cookbook' will not disappoint.
